The IN50 Plus is designed for well insulated rooms for up to 50m3 in size. The IN50 Plus provides both cooling and heating to the room which means it wont allow the ambient temperature to drop too low and will maintain the ambient temperature between 8 and 15°C and is pre-set to 12°C.
The IN25 Plus is a freestanding unit that sits on the floor, there are two pipes for extraction of warm air and an inlet for cooler air which are mounted on an outside wall. The IN25 Plus is ideal for when there is no outside wall available or if you are worried about the aesthetics on the outside wall, the only holes will be the inlet and outlet which are both 125mm in width.
There is a condensate tube that is located at the bottom right hand side of the conditioning unit which will be inside the cellar, this should lead to a container or natural drain to ensure the excess water vapour does not leak onto the floor.

The pre-purchase information provide by Philip via the help line was most helpful, as was the ability to see one fridge installed at a wine merchant. The delivery service was excellent: the crew sorted out the various installation challenges and did so with reassuring care. The fridge as such is the right choice for my needs (to let my wines age) and I am happy with look and quality. The only improvement would be the level of noise, which whilst not a big problem still exceeds a normal fridge and "has a presence".

I purchased this to replace a smaller old unit. I took advice from Phil at Expert Wine Storage asking lots of questions; he was helpful and friendly throughout and was never pushy. The size of this unit is very convenient and the design of the unit makes it suitable for placement in a garage or similar. The plain design makes good use of height and helps to keep cost down. The delivery team placed it just where I wanted it. It turned out that the delivery vehicle had a breakdown shortly after leaving the depot. Despite this the delivery guys were patient and took time to give me a great service with a smile. Delighted with the product and service.
My existing two zone wine fridge gave up the ghost. It was built into a cabinet in a very small wine store room - made for the previous fridge. So the requirements on size were very specific. Expert Wine Storage (Phillip) could not have been more helpful - looking up the size of my original fridge and recommending a model that would fit the space provided. A Dunavox dual zone. At no time did I feel I was being sold too - rather Phillip was trying to help and solve my problem.
We knew fitting and removal would be difficult so Phillip arranged a specialist installer who he briefed on the job. It was not the easiest install but it I now in place and I could not be more delighted. Throughout the help and communication was exemplary.
I can now comment on the Dunavox which is light years better than my previous fridge. The product quality is exceptional.

I am very pleased with the service and advice I received on my initial enquiry for the wine storage unit. Expert guidance helped me decide on the "La Sommeliere CTV249". Delivery was to time (to the minute!) and the unpacking placement and inspection went to plan. Please find the attached picture taken after the 'settling in' period and the initial stocking. First Class service and advice from Expert Wine Storage in helping me choose the right wine storage cabinets for my needs and a remarkably fine and competent delivery service. I purchased two La Sommeliere 121 bottle storage units to use in my small cellar as the old air conditioning unit had stopped working and replacements are no longer available. Following a call to EWS this was a great solution with rapid delivery and top class delivery and installation. The units are soooooo quiet, I should have done this years ago!!
