Expert Wine Storage offer delivery across the UK, Ireland and all but a few areas of the Scottish highlands. Please see the breakdown of the delivery services on offer below.

We also deliver to the Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland, the prices below include our 2 person delivery and customs clearances.

All 2 person deliveries include; positioning, unpacking and removal of packaging - if there are stairs or narrow roads as part of the delivery please let us know, there may be additional charges applied.

1. Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with an order confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have also pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure that your ordered item is available. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we will inform you of the expected delivery time for your order. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.

2. Arranging The Delivery Date

We will confirm the expected delivery time within 24-48 hours of your ordering being placed. The delivery of this product is a 2 person inside the property delivery with unpacking and positioning, we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery day with you. Once your delivery date is confirmed you will receive an email to confirm the delivery date.

3. On The Delivery Day

You will receive an email on the morning of the delivery with an ETA window confirming the time of your delivery. 

Making Us Aware Of Delivery Obstructions

Please make us aware of any obstructions and/or additional instructions that may restrict delivery (for example, steps or stairs, narrow staircase or door) within the delivery notes section at checkout or via email. Unfortunatley, in the unlikely event that the delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues and Expert Wine Storage hasn't been made aware of them, additional charges will be incurred.

Do You Offer Removal and Disposal of Old Wine Coolers?

Yes, we can remove old units for a fee as part of the delivery of this wine cooler. Get in touch with us today to arrange this service as part of an order.

Damaged Delivery

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please reject the delivery and provide the delivery driver with notice that your are rejecting the delivery due to damage. Please also send any clear photos of the damage to sales@expertwinestorage.co.uk and call us immediatley for further assistance.

Signing For The Delivery

It's very important to check all items for damage at the point of delivery before signing for and accepting them. Unfortunatley, we will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the delivery paperwork and accepted the goods.

The following steps can help you when you receive delivery:

•  Please take the item out of its packaging (do not only inspect the packaging)
•  Inspect goods carefully (all the sides, corners and doors if applicable)
•  If there is no damage, accept and sign for the delivery
•  If there is damage do not accept or sign (notify the delivery team and communicate that the reason for rejection as item damaged)

Once goods are signed for we cannot be held responsible for any damages and the customer is required to prove to us the damage was there before delivery. 

Please make sure that anyone who might accept a delivery for you understands this. Please also ensure the person signing for goods on your behalf is over 18 and if its your 'acceptor' you are obliged to make sure they know they have to inspect the goods properly before signing.

Regarding Re-delivery

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the coruier will take the goods back and try delivery to complete a re-delivery. If you refuse reception in order to have the order delivered at another time without an agreement with Expert Wine Storage on this, this is also considered a redelivery. The price for a re-delivery is £100 + VAT.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Our Price Match

How It Works

We review our pricing on a daily basis to ensure we’re bringing you the best price possible, however, in the rare case you find a product cheaper elsewhere we promise to beat that price for you.

•  The product must be in stock and available to purchase on our competitor's website at the time of your request; in the exact same colour, size, finish and style.
•  The product must be full price and not reduced at the time of your request.

You'll also need to take into account any delivery costs.

We can only send the promo code/price difference once we have verified the price on our competitor's website. 

A Few Terms & Conditions Specific To Expert Wine Storage

•  The price must be displayed on a UK competitor site in GBP (£) to enable us to make a price comparison.
•  We can't offer our Price Promise for products which have already been purchased from us, you must inform us of the price match before making your purchase.
•  The discount/promo code will be locked to your account and can only be used by you.
•  We do not offer a Price Promise on items sold on discounted or auction websites, Amazon or eBay.
•  The item must be in stock on the competitors website
•  The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
•  The competitor must be an Authorised Retailer for the product in question
•  The Price Promise guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

•  Refuse a Price Promise which would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins
•  To limit the quantities of price matches from a single customer
