I had a very positive experience with Expert Wine Storage. The website is very comprehensive and the service impeccable. The delivery was very well arranged and performed in a very professional way to come and install the fridge in my basement.

I’d like to thank you for all your help and support in buying a premium product. Having recently retired into lockdown I have had an abundance of time, and some money from my pension, to spend. Also having extensively researched the topic of wine fridges both with friends and on-line I can confidently say that Expert Wine Storage offers a great service and I am extremely glad and relieved I used you to obtain a top of the range product that actually does what it says on the tin.

It wasn’t all plain sailing and inevitably there were glitches along the way, most notably the delivery company that thought the whole country spent all and every day at home waiting for their convenience. Your support in bringing them back to the table was invaluable and much appreciated. Also the staff, as you said they were, at Swisscave fridges were superb and went out of their way to help with technical support and questions. Well done. Please keep up the good work.

Excellent product and the service from Expert Wine Storage was also first class. The chap who delivered the fridge also did a great job making sure that the fridge was properly balanced and in full working order before he left. He also took all the packaging away. At last I’ve resolved my drinking problem….how to store my increasingly precious wine collection.
Slowly over the years the collection has grown along with my concern that I wasn’t treating it with the respect it deserved. Following a chance phone call to Expert Wine Storage and a conversation with Philip whose enthusiastic and impartial advice pointed me in the direction of an Avintage DVA305G. I decide to go ahead and buy one. Not turned it on yet but it looks and feels a superb piece of kit, just what I was looking for, something I felt Philip picked up on over the phone.
This excellent service extended right through the whole process, delivered from France, on time, with an another first class performance by the delivery team.

Very efficient and helpful delivery people and probably not the easiest access they’ve had to deal with. Whilst I have only had my Climadiff a few weeks to date I can’t fault it.

Smart wine cooler, looks quality and has been working well. Very helpful support (via chat function) before ordering, courteous follow up re delivery date, and the delivery team were great in placing the unit in desired location. Due to shelving heights, the cooler copes with larger bottles (non bordeaux size) well although that obviously reduced capacity. I am very pleased I finally made the decision to go with this unit from Expert Wine Storage.

Expert Wine Storage was very knowledgeable across the different brands and had some great advice to help us choose the right fridge for us. Looks great and really happy with everything especially the service.

After in depth advice from Philip at EWS I selected the La Sommeliere for my new kitchen. They kept my fridge until i was ready to take delivery. Brilliant service on the day, all packaging removed from site. Fridge is operating well despite having to take a crash course in French to understand the instructions. 20C at the top dropping to 6C at the lower shelves. A couple more shelves would be fair on a fridge of this quality. Otherwise I am very happy with the fridge and Philip has been a star.

The entire process of buying a wine fridge has been seamless from the initial conversations about the type of fridge we needed to changing delivery dates due to me not being ready to receive.

Philip has been prompt and efficient and I would recommend using this company again

The Caso sound and cool bar is a great piece of furniture to add to my front room.

It keeps my drinks handy and cold, while being able to charge my phone and play music at the same time from the table.

The service I received from Philip and the team was first class when there was issues with the delivery initially.

I must say they were fantastic the item was delivered and I just had to plug it in.
The only negative is that I do wish they had a full solid shelf instead of a half one
