The Climadiff CPW160B1 freestanding, ageing wine cabinet has a single storage compartment for storage of up to 160 Bordeaux bottles between 5-20°C. A flexible, reliable cellar with one or several temperature zones depending on your requirements. Thanks to the polyvalent technology inside the cabinet can be used as a multi-purpose cellar, for storage and cooling or an ageing cellar with a single uniform temperature throughout.
The multi temperature zone function works when the wine cabinets internal fans are switched off. This creates multiple temperature zones inside the cabinet with the coldest zone located in the bottom and the warmest at the top. With the fans turned on the wine cabinet works perfectly as a single temperature wine cooler ideal for long term wine storage.

Inside the Cabinet and Bottle Capacity
Climadif wine coolers, as with most wine coolers, have a bottle capacity measured in Bordeaux bottles. The CPW160B1 has a capacity of up to 160 bottles and includes 2 full wire shelves and 1 half shelf which can be located anywhere within the cabinet. Larger bottles such as magnums and Burgundy bottles may also fit in the cabinet however storage of these bottle types will reduce overall capacity.
The cabinet is fitted with a black sheet metal lining which aids moisture regulation within the cabinet. Along with this there is a charcoal filter and vibration free system which will ensure your wines remain odourless and still. Perfect for long term storage.
Installation of the CPW160B1
The CPW160B1 is a freestanding wine cooler requiring ventilation of 5-10cm around the sides and rear of the unit to ensure optimal performance of the compressor. In addition to this, there are 2 adjustable feet positioned on the front of the cooler to compensate for any uneven flooring.
Energy Efficiency, Noise Level and Winter Function
The CPW range of cabinets has a very good energy efficiency rating of F. The wine cabinet has an average noise level output of 43dB which should not be intrusive. This cabinet is also installed with a winter system which allows for the unit to be positioned in an insulated garage, utility space or outbuilding. Thanks to a thick layer of internal insulation along with the internal heating element this cabinet will function excellently, keeping your wines safe in ambient temperatures from 0°C to 43°C. The temperature inside the cabinet will remain held to within +/-2°C of the set temperature at all times.

1. Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with an order confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have also pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure that your ordered item is available. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we will inform you of the expected delivery time for your order. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
2. Arranging The Delivery Date
We will confirm the expected delivery time within 24-48 hours of your ordering being placed. The delivery of this product is a 2 person inside the property delivery with unpacking and positioning, we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery day with you. Once your delivery date is confirmed you will receive an email to confirm the delivery date.
3. On The Delivery Day
You will receive an email on the morning of the delivery with an ETA window confirming the time of your delivery.
Making Us Aware Of Delivery Obstructions
Please make us aware of any obstructions and/or additional instructions that may restrict delivery (for example, steps or stairs, narrow staircase or door) within the delivery notes section at checkout or via email. Unfortunatley, in the unlikely event that the delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues and Expert Wine Storage hasn't been made aware of them, additional charges will be incurred.
Do You Offer Removal and Disposal of Old Wine Coolers?
Yes, we can remove old units for a fee as part of the delivery of this wine cooler. Get in touch with us today to arrange this service as part of an order.
Damaged Delivery
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please reject the delivery and provide the delivery driver with notice that your are rejecting the delivery due to damage. Please also send any clear photos of the damage to sales@expertwinestorage.co.uk and call us immediatley for further assistance.
Signing For The Delivery
It's very important to check all items for damage at the point of delivery before signing for and accepting them. Unfortunatley, we will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the delivery paperwork and accepted the goods.
The following steps can help you when you receive delivery:
Once goods are signed for we cannot be held responsible for any damages and the customer is required to prove to us the damage was there before delivery.
Please make sure that anyone who might accept a delivery for you understands this. Please also ensure the person signing for goods on your behalf is over 18 and if its your 'acceptor' you are obliged to make sure they know they have to inspect the goods properly before signing.
Regarding Re-delivery
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the coruier will take the goods back and try delivery to complete a re-delivery. If you refuse reception in order to have the order delivered at another time without an agreement with Expert Wine Storage on this, this is also considered a redelivery. The price for a re-delivery is £100 + VAT.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
