7-8°C: Light white wines, e.g. young dry Riesling and Silvaner, Nutmeg Cellar Pinot Grigio and Prosecco

10-11°C: White and rose wines such as white late reading, chardonnays,

12-13°C: Multi-layered, heavy white wine, e.g. white reading, berry and dry berry reading.

Drinking temperatures red wine.

14-15°C: Young, light red wines e.g. Blue Portuguese Beaujolais Trolley

16 - 17°C: young, rich red wines e.g. Late burgundy, pin fields, Lemberger or red Bordeaux
